Does the “Kiss Lid” fit on other coffee cup suppliers?

The Kiss lid can be fitted on a 90mm diameter cup. Therefore, yes.

Do you offer customization options for logos or designs on the cups?

Yes, we do for bulk orders, send us your preferred design and we will proceed accordingly. The delivery time will be discussed, and a deposit is to be paid prior to commencement of the order. Open communication will also be established between us and the customer.

What’s your payment terms?

An invoice will be issued for the client/customer. For bulk orders or custom design products, a deposit is to be paid prior to commencing work.

What is the minimum order quantity for bulk orders?

Our products when ordered in bulk are to be delivered to your designated location (warehouse, factory…) and we deliver Bulk orders Australia wide.

For our products, the MOQ of each product is as per below.

90mm “Kiss lid”: 500 boxes (1000 units each box).
12oz single wall coffee cup: 350 boxes. (1000 units each box).
16oz single wall coffee cup: 310 boxes. (1000 units each box).
12oz double wall coffee cup:420 Boxes. (500 units each box).
16oz double wall coffee cup: 350 boxes. (500 units each box).

How long is the lead time?

Delivery may take 48 to 72 hours from confirmation of purchase; however, at Austour Coffee Cups, we are dedicated to serving our customers as best as we can. If a product is out of stock, please enquire for stocking details.
